Un atelier de fabrication de Morbier à Morbier, quoi de plus naturel ? Située au hameau des Marais, au bord de la Nationale 5, la fromagerie est bien entendue ouverte à la visite. Un petit musée sur le thème "de l'herbe au lait" et une présentation vidéo permettent une visite libre à tout moment, et des visites guidées de la fabrication de Morbier par Clément Gaillard, le fromager, sont également possibles sur réservation.

Particulièrement bien fourni, le magasin est ouvert du lundi au jeudi de 8 h 30 à 12 h 00 et de 16 h 30 à 19 h 00 ; le vendredi et samedi de 8 h 30 à 12 h 00 et de 15 h 00 à 19 h 00 ; et le dimanche de 8 h 30 à 12 h 00 (et de 15 h 00 à 19 h 00 pendant les vacances de Noël et de février). Vente par correspondance possible. Stationnement possible pour les bus. Accès possible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Anglais parlé.
