La Taillerie a été fondée le 18 Octobre 1988 par Gilbert Duraffourg, artisan lapidaire et artisan diamantaire. Cette entreprise familiale située dans le Jura est spécialisée dans la taille et la commercialisation de pierres précieuses et de pierres fines.
